Room available to rent in Lancing

My Husband and I share our 3 bed home with our cat Caesar. This is our first home and is tucked just outside the city in a village called Lancing. We are a 10 minute walk away from the train station with direct links to Brighton and London. We are only a few minutes away from the high-street, with a multitude of shops and cafes.

We are looking to let our room to a student of other professional who is respectful and tidy. No smoking on the property including gardens, vaping allowed only outside.

Our house is still undergoing renovations, so please be aware there might be tradespeople in at times.

The bathroom is shared and deep cleaned on a weekly basis.
The room in the photo is the bedroom available. It has a day bed which acts as single or a double bed.

No food or drink allowed upstairs but there is a large shared dining room.
