Someone to join me in a 2 bed Bungalow

I am a 26 year old Mechanical Engineer living and working in the locally area. I am outgoing, enjoying outdoors activities such as cycling and hiking, plus a good pub. I am looking for a new house mate to join me in a lovely homely 2 bed Bungalow in Lancing/Sompting area. Available from 24th June. Viewings are preferred.

I have lived here for a year now where my current house mate is moving out so I am looking for someone new to join me, preferably for at least another 12 months.

The property is beautifully decorated and very well looked after, so of course you most be a very tidy and clean person. I am opening to living with another young professional male or female.

Currently the rent is £692.50 per person per month, I am awaiting confirmation of the rental price for this next year from the agent. Hopefully it does not change. Bills are not included, however based on the last year you can expect it to be around £200 per person per month. There is no deposit required.

The size of the room is enough for a double bed and some storage, I can take measurements of needed. The rest of the house is also available to spread out in plus there is a large loft for storage and garage/shed space for a bike and tools etc. There is also separate toilet and shower rooms, which makes shared living easier too.

You will see in the photos some are taken as the property is now, lived in where of course space will be freed up once my current house mate leaves. Some other photos such as the bedroom are screenshots from a year ago from the advert I rented from. This is mainly due to the bedroom currently still be occupied.
