En suite double room in quiet flat in lancing

Hi my name is Richard and I’m looking to rent out one of my spare rooms.
The room is en-suite and a decent size, roughly 4x4m.
My flat is located near the beach in Lancing, literally a 3 minute walk to the sea. Also it’s less than a 10 minute walk to Lancing station.
There is also plenty of on street parking, no parking restrictions.

I’m a professional musician (saxophone 🎷 and I tend to do my practice in the afternoon in my loft studio so it probably wouldn’t suit you if you work from home I’m afraid.

It’s a quiet area and I live a pretty quiet life when I’m home, I just like to go the gym and practice when I’m not touring. I do go away a fair bit so you’d have the flat to yourself occasionally.

I’m good fun but not a party animal by any means… looking for someone similar.

I have a pet cat called mojo so you’d need to be ok sharing with a needy cat who will sleep on you at the first opportunity 🐈‍⬛
