My House

I am a live in landlord who currently has 2 spare rooms available in my house, 1 double for single occupancy, and 1 smaller double. There is a shared bathroom, and an additional downstairs cloakroom.
The kitchen and bathroom have recently been refurbished, and are of a great standard.
I am currently a shift worker, and due to the nature of my job, you will need to be security vetted either before or when you have moved in.
I have 1 large dog, and 2 very friendly cats so you will need to be accepting of them!
The bus stop is a 5 minute walk away, and the train station 10 minutes. There is off road parking and easy access to both the A27 and the A259.
All bills except for the phone and food are included, and rent is paid in advance. Dependent on when you get paid, this could be weekly, fortnightly or monthly.
One of the current tenants is a smoker, but smoking is not acceptable within the house, only outside.
