Hi I have a small double room available too rent in a new build second floor flat near lancing beach!
Looking for professional who is tidy and looking too share a nice friendly environment.
Only 5 mins walk too Lancing train station which is direct too Brighton and London, with the regular Buses going into brighton on the coast, 2 minutes walk.
Recently joined the gym which is a 5 minute walk and right on the beach with a lovely cafe/restaurant next door. Ideal for active people that like being by the sea.
