Sunny room in lancing

Hello we have a fully furnished double room available in our 3 bed house in lancing. Comes with double bed, wardrobe, side table. If needed if can be unfurnished if you have your own no problem. All bills and broadband included. Carparking on the drive out front. Lovely big garden and share of lounge, dinning area, kitchen, bathroom.

We are a quiet friendly couple who enjoy evenings at home and weekends out and about. We are moving to the new house and would like to rent the room until May when we are expecting our first child. We also have a pet lizard who is very friendly but stays in her tank in the living room.

We have always rented rooms and have gotten on well with the people we've shared with.

We are close to town and the station for easy links to worthing or Brighton. The seafront is another short walk and the a27 right around the corner.
