Double furnished room in bungalow

Hi. I'm Julian and live with my fiancée Jo. I've owned the property for ten years and it is my home. My lodger is moving out after 4 years with me. We have a fairly quiet home life as we both work full time and like to relax after the day's work. We are both sociable and friendly and respectful of others privacy and would ask the same of anyone who comes to live with us. We will all share a kitchen, bathroom and the garden so we all have to get on and fit around each other. This has worked for four years with my present lodger so with the right person it is no problem at all. He has had his girlfriend to stay most weekends and it all works if we are all considerate
