Double bedroom in Lancing

Current housemate still in residence until mid April ish. Will do a clear and furniture shift/arrange once they've moved on. They rented both rooms and used one as a lounge - I can add the bed etc. back in once they've moved on :)

Both are double rooms (one large and one of a good size) in a shared bungalow in Lancing. The one currently used as a bedroom is part furnished with a bed, wardrobe, and two small cabinets but items can be removed if you have your own. Both rooms have windows that open onto the front garden - and get lots of sunlight during the day!

The kitchen is a medium size with a bit of shared living space - will be putting in a small sofa and table soon :) There's a nice-sized bathroom with shower over the bath, and a bit of storage space in the hall.

There's a drive out the front and plenty of parking on the road too. There's a second flat at the back of the house (the cat sometimes jumps through the windows!), and a little bit of outside space down the side which is handy for putting clothes out to dry or storing bikes - going to neaten that up too at some stage - just needs gravel and some flowers :)

It's a quiet area just off from the beach. Easy access to town and station/bus routes. The front flat would be you and one other person sharing bathroom, kitchen, living space.

Rent includes everything currently and I do a tenancy agreement with you for everyone's sense of security. We are a friendly and relaxed house - drop me a message if you have any questions - always happy to chat!
