Furnished double room coming up for rent. The room is very big and comes with a double bed, wardrobe, bedside table and chest of drawers, also a chair and a sink. Plenty of space for any other furniture you'd like to add.

There is free street parking outside and the train station is a 10 minute walk away. There is space in the garage to store bikes too. There is a garden and two bathrooms.

I am friendly and easy going, enjoy exercise, going to the beach, watching films and the occasional night out in Brighton. It would be nice to share the house with someone of a similar age and working pattern. My housemate works in insurance and I am a teacher so would appreciate someone quiet and respectful. Also someone clean and tidy is important please!
