A minute’s walk from the beach and the River Arun, 7-minute walk to the train station, and a 5-minute walk to the high street. Included is the use of another room on the top floor that acts as a kitchenette with microwave, toaster, kettle, fridge/freezer, cupboard space etc.

The top floor is only shared with one other lodger, the middle and downstairs floors are occupied by myself and my three children. We are a family home so evenings are quiet. There is also a garage if you‘d like to store a bicycle and a parking space off the road if you have a car.

Looking for an easy-going, clean, respectful lodger, preferably female, between 20-35 yrs old.
