House is situated 5 minutes walk from both the train station and town centre, and 10 minutes from the sea.

All bills included except landline telephone. Full time working professional preferred. We are a friendly busy working couple, and are pretty flexible but do have a few house rules such as being clean and tidy and respectful.

We are non smokers and need you to be too.

Large garden to potter in if you are green fingered. Plenty of on road parking nearby.
