Double room with own en suite

Looking for a female lodger in my 3 bed terraced house. Situated near the body shop Littlehampton ,near bus routes & approximately 1 mile from train station. Unfortunately there is limited off street parking available. En- suite shower, fitted wardrobe large double bed, tv, two bed side tables, chair. Access to the kitchen is via the living room to kitchen.
Use of washing machine, fridge freezer , cooker and cooking utensils . Female living in house with two small DOGS SO must be able to co
