Double room to rent with en-suite bathroom (bath, shower, toilet, sink)
Fully furnished (double bed, bedside cabinets and two wardrobes) There are towels and bed linen - but if you would rather bring your own that’s fine.
The room and bathroom are up on the third floor, and as they are the only two rooms up there you would have lots of privacy.
There is also a parking space at the back of the house.
The living room and garden are not shared, but you can use the kitchen - cupboard with crockery and cutlery is provided.
Based in Littlehampton, a very short walk from the train station, river, seafront and town centre.

I am friendly and respectful but prefer to keep myself to myself! Looking for someone who is also friendly and respectful, as well as clean and tidy! It’s a lovely, spacious room in a quiet area, perfect to come from work and relax.

Monday to Friday lets preferred.
Price includes bills and WiFi.
