Large Double Room to rent. May only be available for 3 months so short term tenant would be ideal. Room may be available longer but may not!

Single male landlord, easy going and usually working or in normal times at the gym. Working in mental health. At present myself alone in house but have 2 rooms to rent so you would potentially be sharing a family bathroom between 2 of you as I have an en suite. There is also another toilet & sink aside from the family bathroom and my en suite.

Will require 1 month rent in advance.
