Good size Double room to rent

We are a female couple ages 28 & 30, both work full time, 1 works nights 1 works days, with 2 cats, a maine coon and a tabby, looking for someone to rent a room in our home. It is a furnished double room but currently no tv. Shared access to bathroom, kitchen/dining room, living room and garden. All bills and WiFi included. There is a driveway around the back of the property but plenty of parking on road outside also. We are a 5 minute walk from the train station and a 10 minute walk from the beach. The cats are very friendly as are we, we love to socialise but also enjoy our own company, we love a bit of banter and fun too. Looking for someone friendly and respectful, good with animals, clean and tidy is also a must !
