5 minutes to local doctors

Enough space for an additional car on our driveway first come first serve with other lodger and ample street parking available in cul-de-sac

Minimum let 6 months, but ideally looking for a longer let.
Open to different nationalities and food preferences, however we do eat meat.
Looking for a professional tenant, but someone who doesn't work from home every day.
No smokers sorry.

I am 36 and have a nearly 12 year old boy who lives here half the time. I have a medium size Labradoodle dog who is very friendly. I would not consider other animals sorry.
