We have a spacious bedroom which has a tv, microwave, kettle and toaster. You will have your own bathroom/laundry. You would also have access to the kitchen on the ground floor. There is plenty of storage. We are situated half way between Rustington and Littlehampton, and are a 15 minute walk to either town and a similar distance to the beach. There is on road parking available. Rent includes all bills, superfast broadband and your own Netflix profile. We are a quiet non smoking household and would expect the same of our lodger. Short term let with rolling month extensions.
