Room in shared flat

Own private ,Double Room single bed ,large 42 inch t. v , Sofa bed shared shower , bathroom , shared kitchen , fridge/freezer , electric cooker , microwave, airfryer, washing machine , would prefer a female flat mate , must be in employment , as my insurance will not allow me to have housing benefit, open to a pet , but not a large dog, as this is a 1st floor flat
