Shared kitchen and dinning area.

Shared main bathroom and separate shower room.

Some of the rooms have their own basins.

The rooms are re-furbished with beds, matrasses, wardrobe's and a desk.

The kitchen is equipped with appliances and there is a separate washing area with a washing machine and tumble dryer.

Cleaner will visit every 2 weeks to clean the communal areas.

Employed tenants preferred, ideally able to supply 3 months bank statements and references. Some tenants may need a guarantor.
