Spacious Loft Room in Friendly Shared Home – Ideal for Female Student

We have a bright and spacious loft room available in our large 4-bedroom house. We're ideally looking for a female student to join our relaxed and respectful household.

Currently living in the property are one female and two males, all aged between 50 and 55. We're young-at-heart, active professionals who enjoy going to the gym, cycling, and living a healthy lifestyle.

** There is a dog and a cat living in the house. So you must be pet friendly*

Access to shared kitchen, living areas, and bathroom

The room is accessed via steep stairs so you need to be fit and healthy yourself :-)

I will be adding an IKEA wardrobe next week in the room

The house is clean, calm, and well-maintained – perfect for studying or relaxing after a long day. We're looking for someone who is tidy, considerate, and easygoing.
