We have a lovely bedroom available at the top of the house, furnished with a double bed, bedside table, chest of drawers and beautiful original fireplace. The house is always warm and cosy.

The house is in Purbeck Place, a quiet road not far from the station and close to the shops, river, beach and restaurants.

This is a great place to live, very convenient for transport links to Bognor, Chichester, Worthing and Brighton. There is a mainline railway station with regular trains to London.

We require a deposit of £300 and one month's rent upfront to move in.

Rent includes: WiFi, gas, electricity, water, council tax and a professional fortnightly cleaning service of the communal areas.
