I am a tidy, respectable person who respects others. An easy going guy who is happy reading a book, watching a movie or an evening down the pub chatting (soon maybe).

The house is open plan diner/ lounge and kitchen on the ground floor with a cloakroom/toilet. Upstairs comprises three lockable bedrooms and a modern bathroom. This is almost like renting the full house, at a much reduced rate as I travel quite a bit
