Hi,
I have a good size double room (3.2 x 3.4 m) available in my 3 bed terrace house in Littlehampton. The room is for SINGLE occupancy ideally by a clean/tidy, responsible, quiet, professional or student. Shared use of kitchen & bathroom (basic over-bath shower).

The room is available for 3-6 months. It may be longer but this cannot be guaranteed as I plan to sell the house next year. Selling is a slow process so it does mean plenty of notice at least!

Can be furnished or unfurnished.
Clean caged pets welcome (no cats/dogs).

Sharing with me - female live-in owner, plus dogs & cats - animal lover essential!! I'm vegetarian but non-veggie's ok. I'm friendly & down to earth, generally quiet & I've been letting rooms in my home for 9 years.

Please note there will be DIY going on as I am doing up the house (let room not affected).

References & deposit required.
£350/pcm - all household bills & council tax included (except phone).
