AVailable this December, a comfortable room in a Victorian house suitable for a sensible working professional. Situated near Morrissons in Wick, close to local shops and laundrette, this would suit a person working away from home or commuting as the station is just 10 minutes away. Shared bathroom and kitchen with one other lodger, who is very considerate and tidy, and myself, equally so. Personal hygiene and respect for a lovely period property is essential, so too is consideration for others with whom you are living. Please do not apply if you are selfish, oblivious of others or not mentally out of your teens; apologies, but can't emphasise this enough.
