Lovely double room for 3 month let

I have a lovely double room available to rent from early September for around three months.

The house is a two bed mid-terrace Victorian property with period features such as open fires and wooden floors. It has a lovely south facing garden perfect for summer BBQs, and is close to shops and transport links.

I'm a professional female working in Hove. I'm easy going and sociable, but like to keep the place fairly clean and tidy. I'm looking for a sociable, relaxed, considerate professional to share with me for a few months.
