Large Double Room

Hello, i'm looking for a professional person to share my friendly relaxed home with.
The room available is a double with a ajoinng home office/dressing room. Room includes a 50" smart TV and large full length mirror and king size bed.
Happy to have people who work from home.

Our household includes myself, one other female lodger, a 4year old red setter and a 7-year-old Persian cat. They are both very friendly, so new tenant must like animals.

The house has a Large bathroom with a walk-in shower and a shower over the bath. Upstairs and downstairs toilet. Large kitchen with seating for 6.
Off-road parking for up to four cars.
All bills are included

Please note own transport is desired as Loxwood doesn’t have reliable public transport. The closest train station is Billingshurst, which is approximately 6 miles.

The room is available from 1st December.
