Bed sitting room suit single professional

Very pretty village , I mile Midhurst. The bed sit has its own entrance and has one large bed sitting room, and a kitchenette with hob, fridge and microwave. There is parking but no access to the garden area.
All bills included except electricity.
Shower room with WC and basin.
Last tenant stayed for 2 years and I am looking for another super tenant who respected our privacy and we did likewise.
A person of open and friendly disposition preferred.
Suitable for single person.
The apartment is part furnished , tenant to supply own bed if possible.
Very quiet situation, no pets please.
