This is a nicely furnished, bright and sunny double room, with fitted wardrobe, TV arial, in a nice clean 3 bedroom end of terrace house in a quiet cul de sac North Bersted area.
I would require £100 rent in advance and £100 deposit in advance. I would also require references and ID (i. e passport and driving licence)
The room is only for a single occupancy NOT couples
This house is nice and quiet because I do night shift, therefore Im asleep during the day so would like someone who is quiet please.
No visitors allowed in the house, only the room occupier allowed in the house.
There will be a 4 week trial period on both sides to see if you like the house and if we like you. On viewing there is a non refundable £50 deposit if you like the room and would like me to reserve it for you, and the £50 will come off your first week's rent when you move in.
