Room in great house. Available for approx 3 months

I have a bright and quite double room available in a great 3 bed detached house on a lovely road on the outskirts of Bognor, with easy access to Chichester/A27. The room has a tv point and a wired/wireless Internet connection. It is unfurnished, but has blackout curtains fitted. There is also a small wardrobe, some built in storage and use of the other spare bedroom for storage. I can provide other furniture if needed.

The house has just been refurbished to a very high standard. It is really quite here, has parking, really fast broadband, a comfortable sitting room with great tv/surround sound and a stunning kitchen and bathroom. There is central heating throughout.

I am looking for a proffessional who is clean and tidy. You would only be sharing with me (chilled out male in 30's). Includes all bills (inc 50 meg broadband)

The house is on the market but not sold. The room will definitely be available for 3 months, maybe for a bit longer. There will be viewings on the house but only during office hours and Saturday afternoons.
