Double ground floor room to rent in Sompting for female roommate, close to A27, on a quiet street with lovely garden backing onto fields.

Bedroom contains built in wardrobe, small double bed, chair, bedside table.

Bathroom has a good supply of hot water, bath and separate shower cubicle.

I am usually at home most evenings, as I have a 5 year old son. We are a very quiet house!

The rent includes all bills. There is wifi broadband and if you want freeview you can get it if you have a freeview box and aerial. The rent is £75 per week. I'm happy to let the room on a weekly basis. Notice will be one week and you pay first and last week when you move in.

The rent is low because I ask that we keep use of the living room as a family. You will have use of the bathroom with bath and separate shower, kitchen, garden and bedroom.

The location is great if you drive, plenty of free on street parking but there is also a bus service into Lancing town. There are some lovely walks around here and beautiful views across the fields.
