The house is situated next to the beautiful Manor Park, with easy access to the A27. There is plenty of off and on road parking and a garage is available at extra cost.
Lancing high street is less than 1 mile walk, and boasts cafes, shops and train station. Lancing also has a great beach with a fantastic beach bar/restaurant.
