Furnished double room with dressing room/study

Large double bedroom including dressing area/study is available for single occupancy consisting of double bed, fitted dressing room/study area with fixed desk/chair, fridge, single seat sofa and television. You will have shared use of household facilities ie shower room, bathroom, utility room/secondary kitchen, washing machine.
Parking as and when available on the drive but the house is situated in a small close and there is lots of parking space there.
I have a very friendly dog as you can see in my profile picture. He is a Briard if you’re interested in looking up the breed.
This is a non smoking household therefore the room is only available for a non smoking tenant.
