2 Rooms available in friendly family home.

Hi my name is Jan.

I am a nurse and work full time, I also have a very friendly Cocker-poo puppy.

I live in a 5 bedroom bungalow. The two available rooms are situated upstairs in the loft conversion - There is a shower/toilet set between them, to be shared by both occupants. There is free, off-road parking.

My home is a family home. I have 4 children aged between 28 and 19. They do not live at home but visit often. Two of my children are at university, the other two work in the theatre.
I am happy for guests to have full use of my home, all I ask is you respect my home and tidy up after yourselves.

The Rooms:
Each room has a double bed with hanging space, a WiFi connection, plug sockets and a TV aerial socket (No TV or Radio currently). Although the rooms are small I am happy for guests to have full use of the house (with the exception of other bedrooms). You may freely relax in/utilise the living room (Sofas, TV, Sky TV), kitchen (Fridge/Freezer space, TV, all cooking appliances), dining room ect.
There is also another bathroom situated downstairs which has a Bath, Shower & Sink and may also be used freely.
Guests are free to bring any appliances they wish to use, however, this is entirely at the guests own risk and I cannot accept any responsibility for any loss or damage of any items/appliances.

Amenities:
There are many theatres around, Chichester Festival Theatre is only a 20 minute drive from my home.
My home is between both Chichester City Center and Bognor Regis Town Center (10-20 minute drives) both home to many pubs, bars, clubs, restaurants and cinemas.
There are 4 local pubs within 5 minutes walking distance from my home that serve lovely food and have outdoor seating, it is also a 10 minute walk to the beach. There is room for free, off-road parking and the bus stop is also only a 5 minute walk away.
