Good location with rural views 5 mins to Pagham harbour and beach , several pubs nearby and small number of shops including the co-op and Tesco.
Includes unlimited fibre broadband and all bills. Sky Q available at a small extra cost.
A few other things I thought of the kitchen has a washing machine . The house is 200 yrds from a bus stop...15 mins from Chichester and Bognor…
Ideally i would like a longer let
No couples , pets

Room can be self contained with fridge etc or use of kitchen..
