Newly renovated large room with your own bathroom

Hi there,

I have a beautiful, spacious, bright room available for rent. Fully furnished with a built in wardrobe. There is also a new bathroom next to the bedroom, which would be for your use as there is two bathrooms in the house.

The bedroom is upstairs, which means there is no disability access. Mobility to use standard stairs is a must. Prefer (long term) female flatmate but consider a couple as well - for increased rent price.

No age restriction but prefer mature student or professional.

I have a small friendly dog. He is affectionate so you must be an animal friend/lover. I was born in Hungary. Lived in New Zealand for 18 years. Living in England for over 5 years. I'm looking for someone who largely keeps to themselves (I am not opposed to company but like peacefulness).
