Newly renovated large room with your own bathroom

There has been a lot of interest in my listing and it seems I have secured a tenant. One fell through earlier this week but a person just paid part of the deposit to secure the room and we will complete tenancy agreement on the 28th when she is able to pay full deposit and first month rent. Will take advert down as soon as tenancy agreement is completed.

I have a beautiful, spacious, bright room available for rent. Fully furnished with a built in wardrobe. Bedding is available if needed. There is also a new bathroom next to the bedroom, which would be for your use alone.

The bedroom is upstairs, which means there is no disability access. Mobility to use standard stairs is a must. Prefer (long term) female flatmate but consider a couple as well - for increased rent price.

No age restriction but prefer mature student or professional.
The kitchen is functional and clean but not as lovely as the living space upstairs.

I have a small friendly dog. He is affectionate so you must be an animal friend/lover. I was born in Hungary. Lived in New Zealand for 18 years. Living in England for over 5 years. I'm looking for someone who largely keeps to themselves (I am not opposed to company but like peacefulness).
