I'm looking for someone to rent a unique furnished luxury annex , separate from the main house. The person renting at the moment finishes three years living there on 28 August.

Annex is self contained with its own front door, fully fitted kitchen and bathroom with shower. it has been renovated to a high standard. Creating a very comfortable living space.

Secluded private garden / patio area.

Double pull down bed with quality mattress, so area can be used as a lounge or a bedroom.
Bosch washing machine, underfloor heating, large mezzanine/loft storage area and smart
include high speed unlimted fibre broadband.. and all bills.

Lovely quiet living space. Rural views... 5 minutes away from the beach and Pagham harbour nature reserve, great location...Several pubs near by and small number of shops including a tesco express/coop . and a bus stop 5 minutes away Bognor and Chichester 15 minutes bus ride.

Suit person that wants a quiet space and their own privacy ideally looking for somebody long-term. Minimum one year , Offers starting at £850 per month .
