There is also a fully functional kitchen with a washing machine and tumble dryer.
There are plenty of shops and bus stops just outside the apartment which will take you to both chichester and Bognor alternatively there is allocated parking outside. It is also a three minute walk to the beach and yacht club. The monthly rent of £480 will include all bills, your own sky box with entertainment extra and movie packages in your room and unlimited broadband.
