Lovely Rural Unfurnished Double Room

This spotless double room comes UNFURNISHED. But the picture shows how it looks furnished. ! Its a 3 bedroom property with a large garden, upstairs SHARED bathroom. SHARED KITCHEN. The lounge has another sofa for the right person but I tend to go to bed by 10pm.
I have 2 mini Schnauzers dogs whom are NOT allowed upstairs and tend to stick to me like glue anyway! A car is really quite important unless you don't mind catching a bus that runs every hour (except Sundays) to either Brighton or Horsham.
Non smoker and non drinker and no drugs are tolerated in the house. I'm a very quiet and private lady and tend to keep myself to myself. I don't expect someone with OCD but tidiness and a respect for the cottage is essential. If you hate dogs its a no. The rest can be talked over. Would suit a professional who needs a clean , serene place to lay their hat so to speak!
