Sunny ensuite double room

Hi, we are Ali & Dave, and we live in the small village of Clapham, just north of Goring-by- Sea, and just inside the South Downs National Park.. There are many lovely woodland and downland walks available from our doorstep.
We are former secondary school teachers (of geography and environmental science) who are now enjoying a peaceful, slow paced life living here with our three rescue cats.
We are looking for a professional person who is trustworthy, reliable, reasonably quiet and tidy and with excellent references to share our home with us. You would need to like cats, as our three have become a big part of our lives over the last couple of years.
We have a bright, comfortable double room with ensuite shower room available, which overlooks the garden. It is currently simply furnished with a double bed, bookcase and chest of drawers, but we would be able to remove these if necessary.
The house also has a spacious kitchen diner, a cosy lounge with woodburner which leads onto a south facing decking area which overlooks the mature garden.
We have decent broadband, and off street parking in front of the house.
