Set in Petworth town, opposite an entrance in to Petworth park, I am offering a large double converted loft room with views over the Shimmings Valley. There is use of a shared bathroom, kitchen, dining room, lounge, sunroom, garden etc. There is no parking, however, free overnight parking in the town. I live on my own as my adult sons have moved out, I do also have pets, two dogs and a cat, so you must like animals. I am a full time gardener and florist and love my home.
Petworth is a beautiful place to live, there is a cinema in the Leconfield Hall and a monthly farmers market along with the Petworth Festival in the summer and literary festival in the autumn.
Pulborough train station is a 10 minute drive and Haslemere train station 20 minutes away. Bus service to Chichester in town.
