Village House Near Petworth, South Downs Views

This is a 4 bed house in Tillington near Petworth. The village is small, friendly, with a pub and church. The room for rent is an en suite double room, furnished. It has a comfortable double bed, bedside table, chest of drawers, table and chair, hanging rail, and a view over the garden to the South Downs. I am looking for someone responsible and independent. You will need to be happy with your own company and rural life, as this is a quiet village and we (my daughter and I) are away most weeks,. There are two cats in and out of the house but they are self-sufficient, and when we are at home there is also a small dog. There is parking, a garden, kitchen with Aga, small second kitchen with modern oven, sitting room with wood burner.
