Double Room In 3Bedroom House

3bed house ,2 doubles 1 single for rent,10 mins from three bridges station,5 min to the local shops,
In this house i use one room as my office, shared the rent with my workmate, when he moved, im looking to share tenancy, i'm not living there, so the gas and electricity bill i would like that tennants would cover, to avoid waist of energy, thats a simple top up system, councill tax and broadband i would cover, looking somebodey to keep the house tidy, be friendly with the housemates, and neighbours
