Flat share in bright ground-floor two-bedroom apartment in Pound Hill RH10 in close proximity to Three Bridges Station / Gatwick Airport. It would be ideal for flight crew / pilots because of its proximity to the airport. Available mid-October.
Although technically a flat “share”, in reality you’ll have the flat to yourself most of the time as we only require staying in the second bedroom occasionally (on average once or twice a month) when working in London or visiting friends and family in the area. Because of this, we’re looking for someone friendly and trustworthy who will look after the place.
Super location for the airport, getting into London or Brighton: 15 minutes’ walk to Three Bridges Station and the bus to Gatwick goes every few minutes from close by (c. 5 mins walk to the bus stop and c. 15 mins travel time on the bus).
There's a designated parking space plus free on street parking right outside. It’s situated on a non-through road so there is very little traffic.
The house is recently decorated and fully furnished with an updated kitchen, brand new bathroom and is in a friendly neighbourhood. Other features include:
• Flat screen TV and comfortable living space with dining table
• 2 double bedrooms (one available only).
• Shower/bath.
• Kitchen has a small breakfast table, microwave, kettle, fridge freezer, dishwasher and toaster.
• Washer/dryer.
• Internet.
• Small decking area with front garden.
£875 per month including bills.
