Furnished Double Room, Built in Wardrobes!

So there is a nice double room to rent in a spacious 3 bedroom flat (all my stuff will be out that is in the photo by the time you move in obviously) It has off road parking a huge communal garden with access onto the river. Great for kayaking and paddle boarding etc.

I have a 2 year old daughter who stays with me once a week and will around 2/3 times a week but she is really good and no hassle. She has her own room and all her toys etc are in there so the adult space doesn't get too overwhelmed with them.

I'm a fire fighter and work shifts plus I run my own company on the side as well as subcontracting for a Fire Alarm company too. Basically Im just saying I'm not around that much.

I'd like someone who I can be social with ideally and similar interests. Not someone who is just going to shut themselves away and never see but appreciate people want their privacy.

The rent covers all bills, I've got a big tele with Netflix and Prime Video as well as most sky channels too! Also have a PS4 (which I don't play on that often but you're welcome too!)

There is a decent shower with a separate WC which I think is always good.

I have a dishwasher (godsend) and you're welcome to use all the plates, glasses, pots, pans and cutlery I have. We'll create some space in the fridge and cupboards for you obviously too.

There is a washing machine (no dryer but the flat is warm and stuff dries pretty quick), fridge freezer and an extra standalone freezer for extra food etc.

There is a nice balcony to enough the view of the south downs over a drink or too. I'm sure there are loads of things I've missed so feel free to contact me about anything else you want to know. I'm no photographer so the photos don't really do it justice so come on down and have a look and see if we get on and if you like it!
