The house is a large spacious five-bedroom detached home (Council Tax Band F) with a large 3-tiered rear garden backing onto woodland, situated in a cul-de-sac location, with private parking.

Rudgwick is a popular village on the West Sussex/Surrey border. There are local amenities including a Co-op store, post office, doctor and dental surgeries, and a few lovely country pubs with fine dining to enjoy. The larger village of Cranleigh is just 4 miles away and has an excellent range of shops, restaurants and leisure facilities. The larger towns of Horsham (8 miles) with mainline train services to Victoria and Guildford (12 miles) with mainline rail services to Waterloo are within easy reach.

The property backs on to the South Downs Link, so, if you like walking, horse riding, cycling or a light jog, this is the perfect place to be.

The Annex consists of a double bedroom with a built-in wardrobe, chest of drawers, double bed (new one on order), a bedside unit. There is no TV but there is a cable should you wish to bring one. There is underfloor heating for the Winter, and the Annex is the coolest place in the house on those scorching hot Summer days.

You have your own WC and sink, (bath/shower is upstairs I'm afraid). The kitchenette comprises a butler's sink, washing machine, fridge freezer and a separate counter freezer too, with plenty of cupboard storage and counter space. We are a pretty laid back bunch, honest and have a good sense of humour. I always cook too much when I am around, so if you happen to be home, you are always welcome to join in for something to eat.
