What’s on offer:
Lovely double room on ground floor with garden views
Inbuilt wardrobes, chest of drawers and bedside table.
Use of shower room on ground floor.
Use of mini kitchenette downstairs (please note that it is basic cooking facilities- microwave, toaster, kettle, sink) my current lodger uses an air fryer/ steamer. I have a full sized fridge and mini freezer that would be exclusively yours downstairs. But there is no oven/ hobs.
Use of washing machine
Off road parking space on driveway
Available for Mon-Fri OR 7 days
Bills included/ WiFi etc

What I’m looking for:
7 days or Mon- Fri
Male or Female
Must be very quiet / respectful
Clean and tidy
In full time employment-out working all day- No working from home at all!

Absolutely NO:
smoking / pets
No visitors or over night guests (including children- sorry)

Sorry but this set up would not be suitable for couples!

Public transport:
Angmering / Littlehampton train stations: 7 min drive (45-50 min) walk.
Bus services into Brighton/ Worthing/ Arundel etc 2 mins from house (the bus stops)
