Maisonette is in a quiet leafy area of Rustington. My second bedroom will be available from 1st February 2025. The bedroom is a decent size, and is bright, airy and recently decorated. There is also a TV on the the wall, super fast broadband and additional USB ports in your bedroom. The room is fully furnished with a desk and new blinds.

Just a 5 minute walk to beautiful Rustington village. Plenty of on street parking available.

Access is through own front door from the garden which is a lovely size and you are welcome to use it whenever you like. The same with the living area. The flat is a chilled relaxed space.

I am looking for one person only for my spare bedroom. I’m 53 and currently hybrid working so will be at home for part of the week. I’m fairly social but also enjoy my own company and someone like minded would be great.
