Double room for single occupancy

I have a lovely double room for single use available . It’s in a quiet location 10 minute walk to the high street . 20 minutes to the beach . I might be away a lot and then the lounge can be used as long as kept tidy . I don’t have a large kitchen, so there’s not a huge amount of space for food . There is a car park behind the house for use . There can be a tv in the room if required . I would prefer to share with a female but will consider a male Any questions please feel free to ask .
