We're looking for a friendly, respectful lodger to join our home in Rustington. This is a large single bedroom in a ground-floor flat, conveniently located just 0.5 miles from Angmering Station and 0.5 miles from Rustington Village Centre, with a bus stop right outside the front door. The flat is also within easy walking distance of the beach, just a short stroll down one road, making it ideal for anyone who enjoys being close to the sea for walks or fresh air.

Rent & Bills

The rent is £575 per calendar month, which includes all household bills: gas, electricity, water, council tax, TV licence, and high-speed Wi-Fi. We believe in keeping things simple, so there are no separate utility payments to budget for each month.

About Us

We’re both Christians, and it is part of our personal lives alongside our other interests which include food, TV and films, board games and video games, Formula 1, football, and darts.

One of us works from home, while the other works office hours (approximately 8am–4pm weekdays).

We're looking for someone who is clean, considerate, and respectful of shared spaces. Beyond that, we're pretty easy-going and understand that everyone has different lifestyles and routines. Whether you're looking for somewhere to fully settle in, or simply a comfortable base to come home to after work, you're welcome.

We aim to maintain a friendly, relaxed, and non-judgemental home where people can be themselves. We respect each other's privacy but are always happy for a chat, a shared meal, or the occasional game if that's your thing.
