Double room to rent in spacious flat - Rustington

My name is Sally and I am looking for a female around my age to rent a double room in my flat. I am very easy to get along with and laid back. I work full time as a beauty therapist. I attend the gym and enjoy eating healthy.. when I can! When I have spare time I enjoy watching TV and chilling. I do like the occasional wine nights and takeaways! I am looking for someone who is easy to be around and a genuinely nice person.

The flat is very spacious and has two large double rooms! It has a lock to the front main door and a buzzer. Then upstairs along a roof terrace to the correct door number and then again another key. It is very secure and safe. It has a a bath and a shower. A washing machine and all kitchen appliances. I like to keep things clean and organised.

I love animals but unfortunately aren't allowed any pets :(

I will be moving into the flat around the end on June beginning of July time. I will be painting and getting nice new furniture!
